Our steel thermal insulation fireproof door is a fireproof door product that is sprayed first and then glued in the province; In order to realize this special manufacturing process, our company spent a lot of money to introduce domestic advanced steel door pretreatment spray coating production line and automatic steel door wood grain transfer printing and shading production line; It has the following advantages:

Spraying before gluing process (new process): steel plate shearing, folding and punching welding → plate surface spraying and purification → dehydration and drying → plastic powder spraying → door leaf gluing → door leaf flattening → assembly and packaging → warehousing.

The process advantages are analyzed as follows:

① The steel plate is made of sheet metal and directly enters the pre-treatment spraying and spraying production line. The plate surface is directly dried and sprayed after spraying and cleaning to prevent the plate surface from being polluted again, which makes the surface spraying quality excellent, the coating firm and beautiful color, so as to eliminate the risk of easy falling off of the plastic layer on the surface of the door leaf;

② . the door leaf and the door core are glued and cold pressed to form, so as to avoid high-temperature baking again, avoid activating the anti halogen inside the door core, and avoid the risk of door leaf degumming and steel plate corrosion.

③ Before gluing, the door leaf steel plate carries out surface wood grain transfer printing to avoid the defects of immature powder baking and poor transfer effect. The single-layer steel plate is sprayed and transferred, with solid and beautiful surface quality, clear grain, realistic wood grain simulation and excellent surface gloss and oil leveling.

④ The wood grain transfer printing on the surface of the steel plate is carried out before the door leaf is glued, so as to avoid the opportunity of contact between water and the door core, so as to eliminate the quality hidden danger of door leaf degumming and corrosion.
